This is a tiny,  nimble one man operation. Thus the name Quark. The propriator of this enterprise has an extensive, successful background as a creative at several prominent advertising agencies. Now retired, he finds the creative impulse too much to contain. Therefore, he now channels his experience creating engaging print, web and online video. We specialize in businesses and organizations on the smallish side that can't afford the larger design firms but want the same quality product. (Quark also creates personal and family websites.)
